One of my favourite day trips out in Bali was our visit to the beautiful and challenging "hidden canyon" of Sukuwati. Originally turning up with such great naivety about what getting around this natural attraction would actually include. Ideas were quickly snapped into reality upon arrival I thought we would just be allowed to wander around on our own at no expense with no need for a our guide. I couldn't of been more wrong you pay a very small fee for admission and your tour guide. It's then a 5 minute decline down to reach the waters edge, After dry locking all your goods safely with your guide its time to battle the canyon herself wading through the currents, clambering up rocks but still all the while being stunned by the amazing sights you are baring witness to with every twist and turn the canyon takes you on. The whole experience takes around 2 hours including all your snapping stops.
